The Audit Bureau of Circulations has announced its official new brand identity as the Alliance for Audited Media (AAM). The organization said the change was made, in part, to reflect the evolving media environment and its evolving role in media verification and to emphasize the organization’s role in providing cross-media standards, audit services, and data critical to the advertising and publishing industries. Endorsed by 94% of the organization’s members, the identify change is meant to build on the AAM’s expanding role in auditing media across multiple platforms including print, tablet, and smartphone apps, Web sites, social media, e-mail newsletters, and digital publishing platforms.
